All of these achievements are the result of my years of efficiency and hard work. I have nvq level 2 in plumbing and am taking a gas engineering course . Charlie quote to repair a leak. Price was too high for me. I either needed other quotes or to lower the price a little. We both agreed to a lower price. Job was to start two days later. That morning, he asked to shift the job to the next day - he was over-worked. The next day he cancelled at the start time - emergency. 3 days later he phoned me at the job start time to increase the price back to the original amount. 1 weeks time wasted, 3 times re-arranged, massive hassle for tenanants and me.

I had a boiler service carried out by Rob and he did an excellent job. He went the extra mile by checking my smoke alarm and gas hob to make sure everything complies with gas safety standards. I was also experiencing low pressure in one of the showers, and he took the time to check that as well. Overall, Rob did a fantastic job.
