Bayley replaced a badly damaged bath drain for me which had caused a leak under the bath. He did an excellent job and thoroughly tested the drainage system, fixing and adjusting connections where needed. He also fitted a new shower tap for me at the same time. James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
