Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. I tried to install a new tap to my kitchen sink. There was a leak below the shut-off, where I couldn't get to. Ben knew exactly what to do from a few pictures and videos I sent him on what's app before he'd even come. When he came early next day, he fixed it within an hour. Very polite and friendly.

What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!
