Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.

I'm a qualified and well experienced gas safe engineer with years of knowledge and experience around boiler installations and breakdowns. I also issue landlord safety certificates and cover heat pumps. I have worked with many companies, including British Gas. I provide all my customers with great customer care. My aim is not only to resolve problems my customers encounter, but also to provide them with guidance and knowledge on how to prevent the problem from reoccuring in the future. I look to fix the problem with attempt to minimise the financial cost for my customers and will always provide honest and reliable solutions.

20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

Horrible experience and very dishonest plumber He doesn't deserve even one star. I have an issue with underfloor heating . Dan introduced himself as a specialist . I discovered later, he has no clue about UFH but he jumped on the job to hunt it and get any money . He asked for £80 to come & check although he has no idea how to deal with our system then he estimated the cost of £900 to get some parts. I was shocked of how much he is dishonest, carless, greedy and unprofessional. Don’t think about hiring him

What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!
